Ski Cross is now recognized as one of the most exciting winter sports ever. The entertainment factor of this sport makes it tremendously appealing for spectators. It was announced in the year 2007 that Ski Cross made it’s first Olympic appearance in the Vancouver/Whistler 2010 Winter Olympic Games. The ski cross Olympic debut proved to be very successful in introducing the world to the sport of ski cross.

Four competitors race head to head down a track consisting of a variety of different terrain features including rollers, banked turns, and jumps. The first two racers to reach the finish line move on to the next round. Suspense-filled quarter, semi and final rounds determine the winner.
